Stringent Financial Appraisal/Feasibility of all Projects;

Treasury & Investment Operations based on informed and acceptable risk/return criteria; Will initiate restructuring of MEMCOS Secretariat;

Will ensure full PPPs are on ground for all key activities before end of tenor;

Will champion upgrade/acquisition of a more embracing web package that will facilitate completion of financial reports 3 weeks after year-end;

Will put all my weight behind promised completion of the Y'ello Estate Housing Project; Will sponsor more liberalized Loaning Structure for Members;

Will Sponsor and support more life-transforming projects like the MTNN Private Placement, Generators and the Call Centre Agents with MTNN;

Will sponsor initiates that will uplift MEMCOS to the league of Billionaire Cooperative Societies within the confines of acceptable risk profile;
