Objective: To assist the Secretary General in ensuring that appropriate and quality administrative support is provided to the President, Committee and Members of our Co-operative Society.

Agenda:

* To Improve and Maintain our co-operative society database.

* To provide a quality meeting schedules for general and executive committees for   the current year.

* To work with the Secretary and Treasurer in maintaining an accurate record of   members and their entitlements.

* To maintain an accurate copy of the Rules and By-Laws of your Co Operative Society.

* To assist the Secretary General in preparing standard agenda for general and committee meetings.

* To improve on the minutes of all committee meetings of our co-operative society and distribute in accordance with the Rules of our co-operative society. e.t.c.
