MANIFESTO: To plug into the vision of the Society by representing the interest of MEMCOS Members and Support for management committee in attaining its Optimal GOAL.
Vision
To provide proper representation for MEMCOS by remaining a loyal servant, join with likeminded and progressive minds to address the problems facing MEMCOS and to take up the mantle in the interest of our people.
Mission Statement Plug into the vision of the Society by representing the interest of MEMCOS Members and Support for management committee in attaining its Optimal GOAL. I thank you all for the great sense of duty and the moral strength of character that you have shown over time as MTN STAFFS & Members of Our great Cooperative MEMCOS. I have had wide spread consultation with a lot of us coupled with a proven track records of performance , I will therefore echo what comes across from most , which is the need to have a consensus on how to approach issues, otherwise our points will be brushed aside. A clear insight into issues of improving the present state of the board and proactively communicating to all parties concerned with the state of affairs is highly imperative……as communication is key to making a success, and consolidating the managements effort. I therefore crave you support in Electing me Olusayo Rotimi -Bimbola as your representative for the position of Ex-Official.

upon my election as an EX-OFFICIO, I will perform my duties to the best of my ability. I
will remain a dedicated, committed and honest servant of the people. I will remain the voice of the
voiceless, fight your battle. I will faithfully uphold my promises as outlined in the manifesto for

Act upon and support decisions of the committees and boards to which I will be appointed to serve
the best interests of Members of the Co-operative society
Support for management committee in attaining its Optimal GOAL
Assist in timely record of MEMCOS and timely preparation of financial statements
A sound financial advice and good governance for MEMCOS.
Introduce credible investment plans and professional management of investment portfolio.
Support for management in areas of accurate records keeping on investment
Represent the Members provision of sound feasibility studies for all financials
Assurance of Simplified project analysis for easy decision making
Encourage fund raising through other means apart from members monthly contribution
PROFILE
Hands on experience of building a successful business.
Nearly 10 years of varied management experience
Including 8 years with MTN Nigeria.
Extensive facilitation and coaching experience.
Goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities.
Proven ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Public service Oriented
Self motivated, analytical minded and an innovative problem solver.
