MEMCOS is an Independent Multipurpose Cooperative Society. We are involved in quasi-financial and commercial activities on behalf of our shareholders/members. We have recently entered a contract with our client, a leading Multinational in the Telecoms sector to provide Customer relations service in their customer contact environment. MEMCOS intends to provide these services through the vehicle of independent services contracts by willing and qualified professionals. The Independent Service Contract is an agreement where an individual contracts to provide specified services for predetermined fees without any employment obligations on both parties.
